About

Compliance should be practical, explainable and evidence-based.

VeriSource was developed to help organisations meet rising customer due diligence expectations with clearer evidence, faster assessment and stronger compliance confidence.

Why it was built

The obligation grew. The evidence did not get easier to assemble.

Organisations are facing increased AML/CTF expectations and greater scrutiny around customer due diligence, source of funds and transaction risk - while the underlying work is still bank statements, emails and manual review.

We believe AML/CTF compliance should be practical, explainable and evidence-based. VeriSource combines digital onboarding, identity verification, open banking data and risk analytics to support better customer decisions.

Mission

Give the people accountable for a compliance decision better evidence to make it with - and a record that holds up when someone asks what the organisation did.

Design principles

What the product is built to be.

Compliance-led design

The workflow follows the obligation, not the other way round. Every output exists because a reviewer, an executive or a regulator needs it.

Privacy and consent first

Data is collected only with consent, for a defined purpose, limited to what the check needs. The customer can see what they shared and why.

Open banking powered

Built on the Consumer Data Right, so financial evidence comes from the source under the customer's permission rather than from an uploaded PDF.

Human decision support, not black-box automation

Indicators are explainable and evidenced. Nothing here produces a determination, and no reviewer is asked to trust an output they cannot inspect.

Explainable by default

If a finding cannot be traced back to the data behind it, it does not belong in a compliance record.

Evidence, not opinion

VeriSource produces what was checked and what it showed. The view formed about the customer stays with the people accountable for it.

Who it is for

Regulated, and soon-to-be regulated.

The obligation is arriving in sectors that have not carried it before, often without a dedicated compliance team to absorb it.

Talk to the people building it.

VeriSource is in active development. The first-user program is working with organisations that already carry these obligations, and shapes the workflow, the reporting and the commercial model.
