Sample report
See what your team would actually receive.
The verification report is the product. It sets out what the customer consented to share, what the data showed, which indicators were raised and what still needs an answer - the record your reviewer keeps.
The report is evidence of what was checked. It is not a decision, and not a regulatory determination.
What is in it
Eleven sections, assembled as the work happens.
Not reconstructed months later when someone asks what the firm did. That is what makes a record defensible rather than merely present.
One record that reads the same to a reviewer, an executive and a director.
- Customer details and the reason for the check
- Consent record - what was shared, and when
- Accounts reviewed and verified ownership
- Relevant income and deposits
- Source-of-funds trace
- Financial capacity summary
- Source-of-wealth plausibility notes
- AML/CTF risk indicators raised
- Items requiring clarification
- Supporting evidence
- Reviewer notes and review outcome

We will send the sample report and, if it is useful, walk through how the assessment would run against your own process.
VeriSource is in active development. The first-user program is working with organisations that already carry these obligations, and shapes the workflow, the reporting and the commercial model.
